When you've chosen your items and paid at the checkout you will receive an email to confirm your order. As all items are handmade and mostly made to order please allow some time for your special item to be carefully made.
Posting times are between 7-10 working days, although it is likely to be quicker than this. If you need your items sooner, get in touch and we'll give you a specific timescale.
As you can imagine, running up to Christmas these posting time may vary.
£2.95 for UK delivery under £80, Free delivery on orders over £80 to the UK
For all customers outside of the UK we are currently charging £12.00

We hope your items get to you safely, but in the event that it's damaged or faulty in any way please get in touch within 5 days so we can arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to help, we can exchange or refund, minus our postage costs. You need to contact us first to agree to a return and return item/s to us in its original unused condition within 5 days of receipt.
Returned items should be unused and unworn (if applicable) and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item.
If you purchase an item/s as a Christmas gifts at fairs are non-refundable, we can only exchange for another colour of the same item or of the same or greater value. You must email firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days from the 25th December for this to be valid. Item must be in a perfect condition and not have been worn.
All bespoke orders are non-refundable.
