How do I wash knitwear?

 

We recomend hand washing each item occassionally with a small amount of wool friendly detergant. In luke warm water, with gentle movements. Drain the water by gentling squeezing, then a little trick is to roll it up in and towel for an extra squeeze, then lay flat over a clothes horse to dry as flat as possible. When fully dry you can give it a steam warm iron if needed.

 

 

Do you offer personalisation on items? How much does it cost?

 

This coming season, we will be offering a personalised service. This will include, adding hand embroidered intials to most items e.g Fair Isle Tassel Scarf, Kids Blanket. Basic cost for embroidered intials will be £10. 

You can also choose a range of colours too, and have any item gift wrapped and boxed for an extra £5

Do you offer gift wrap and gift boxes? How much does it cost?

 

All purchases are wrapped in tissue paper tied with either colourful bakers twine or ribbon at no extra cost.

We can offer a Kraft gift box with any item or collection of items for £5, inside your item will be wrapped in tissue a tied inside and finished on the outside with the bakers twine and gift tag.

Some items will come with a gift box with no extra cost, see in the item description.

 

If you would like, we can post the item direct to the gift receiver with a personalised note.

I've lost a mitten, what can I do?

 

Don't worry, you're not the only one. We all do this, especially when getting out the car.

 

Send a quick email via the button below along with a picture if you can, so Suzie can identify the colour and we can offer you a replace for another fingerless mitten £10 or a full mitten £15 inc postage.

How do I place an order and purchase online?

 

When you've selected an item you click "add to cart" button to place it in your shopping cart.

In the header you can click on the handbag icon "view my cart" at any point to see the items you've selected. When your ready you can click "proceed to check out"

You have a choice to use 'Checkout' button which you can use either your credit or debit card to make payment or click on "Pay Pal" to pay. You can use your Pay Pal account to pay or select the pay by card option if you don't have a Pay Pal account.

Once you have completed your online purchases you will receive a confirmation of payment from Stripe if you've used your debit or credit card or from Pay Pal.

How long does an order take?

 

Most items are made to order so it will generally take 7-10 working days, although we try to make this quicker. If you need something in a hurry let us know and we can see if we can speed things along for you.

 

As you can imagen Christmas gets a bit busy and we try to keep things running quick as possible. Look out for items that have a quick delivery stamp for items that are ready to post.

 

Can I purchase gift vouchers?

How much does postage cost?

Outside the UK we are offering a limited time offer of £9.95 for delivery.

Can I return an item?

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to help, we can exchange or refund in full minus our postage costs. Contact us first so we can help to resolve any problems first.  Once we've agreed on return the item/s need to be returned to us in its original unused condition within 5 working days of receipt. 

Returned items should be unused and unworn (if applicable) and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item. 

 

We hope your items get to safely, but in the event that it's damaged or faulty in any way please get in touch within 5days so we can arrange a replacement as soon as possible. 

Unfortunately due to the handmade and unique nature to our products, we can not accept any returns that were brought from us and any of our fairs.
